WHAT IS CAREER COACHING?
Career coaching is provided by an experienced professional that supports you with tailored and specific personal and professional guidance.
WILL THERE BE AN INTAKE OR CONSULT PRIOR TO A SESSION?
Yes, once a session is scheduled and confirmed, you will receive an intake form for the coach to prepare for the initial session or consult meeting. This intake form allows you to provide background information to create a baseline for the initial coaching session.
WILL I BE ABLE TO PROVIDE COMMENTS OR FEEDBACK TO THE RESUME?
Once a resume is provided you will have 48 hours to respond with any comments or request for change. A final version will then be provided within 48 hours and service will be deemed closed. Please see service description for specific resume turnaround time.
CAN I RESCHEDULE A SESSION?
We understand that things happen. For this reason sessions can be rescheduled for up to one year from purchase date. This allows you flexibility to keep the service you have purchased.
IS THERE A CANCELATION OR REFUND POLICY
Please review the details listed for the services provided and contact us with any questions prior to the purchase of a session or workshop. All sales are final.
